My name is Terry Caldwell and I am a licensed massage therapist.  I'm a certified member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP). I've been interested in massage and bodywork since childhood.

    In the 1980's, I learned a combination of Swedish and Acupressure massage that I've practiced for years and consider the foundation of my work.

    I offer pain management and stress reduction through a number of massage techniques and body work practices including:
mindful breathing, energy sweeping and chakra balancing.

    I'm certified in Cupping and HotStone massage. The treatment room is quiet and scent free.

    I have experience helping clients with migraines, chronic pain and injuries from accidents. I like to individualize each session by listening to my clients needs and applying a compassionate and focused touch.
